At 10 AM EST, Adam I met for 50 minutes and discussed my 'final' edits prior to my eDoc submission of my thesis, and...
I reported that I am about 80% of the way through updating to past tense, which is the UK academic standard. (Different in the USA, which uses present tense.)
I was about 6000 words over the 40,000 word limit, and have been cutting as I revise the verb tense.
Adam said he's located an internal/external viva reviewer. LJMU's Peter Appleton, who will read my thesis, and be on my viva panel.
And he has requested of Professor and curator Andrew Renton, who once we better know the schedule of submissions process, links, etc., he will email the dates to.
The outside reviewers will have 8-12 weeks to read, write questions, and then we will have the viva.
Adam is permitted to attend, but may not ask questions, nor make facial gestures.
Adam made a list of questions for Colin who he will meet with this coming Monday. My top question is if I ought to edit out what is now my "Appendix B- Edited written transcripts of 5 Artist Interviews", which are about 30,000 or more words, and leave Appendices (A-images of works-in-progress, C- Color coded segments of 5 artist interviews, and D- , so as to save outside reviewers time.
At 6 PM EST Robyn and I met to review what Adam and I had discussed...(i.e., all of the above.)
She made a good suggestion about my "Appendix B", which was to include links to the text that I post on my website. We agreed that for the first draft submission, I'll leave Appendix "C", the color coded text segment chart.

Adam and I will schedule our next meeting, (in mid-May...?) to prep me for my viva. He said he will ask me questions for about 45 min.
