~My PhD thesis title, which Adam approved on eDoc
~Adam recommended I read two texts, the first of which is a catalogue from "AROUND THE WORLD IN EIGHTY DAYS", a 24 MAY – 16 JUL 2006 ICA South London exhibition.
~My upcoming project due dates- posted on eDoc
~Our monthly meeting schedule
~Cleaning up eDoc supervisory list (4 supervisors are listed, and one is duplicated, so of the 5 currently on eDoc, only 2 will remain)
~I showed a PowerPoint that:
*Briefly outlines my first year accomplishments
*Outlines more detailed second year progress to my current PhD candidate status
*Focuses on my studio research production
*Focuses on my just deinstalled PhD thesis solo exhibition, "Skin Deep- On Abstract Painting & The Nature of Beauty," dates August 28- October 12, at Greenspring Gallery, Stevenson University, Stevenson, MD.
*Includes highlights of the many Transart's remote PhD weekend intensives, two NYC onsite residencies, and two Liverpool onsite residencies that I have attended to date.

a) Duplicate of Robyn Ferrell’s name
b) Borinquen Gallo’s name

~Robyn Ferrell (TT-external)

Discussion notes (researcher)
At 6 PM EST TT supervisor Robyn Ferrell and I met to discuss my Annual Review and my PhD progress. She stated that she has read and approved the Annual Review eDoc report Adam created and submitted after our Friday, Oct. 20 Annual Review meeting.
We discussed my setting aside weekly thesis writing time, emailing her on a regular, i.e., monthly basis, word doc drafts of sections, which she will edit/make suggestions, and email back to me.
We discussed setting up a January-June 2024 regular meeting schedule by mid-December.
We discussed, as Adam and I did, my ideal project submission timeline:
~July 2024 thesis submission
~Fall 2024 viva
~Winter-Spring 2025 revision submission if necessary
~July 2025 LJMU graduation
Supervisor discussion notes
Agreed action points (to be completed after the meeting)
Robyn suggested that I move into the next phase of my thesis writing by considering creating a a toile-like draft, into which I create "x" number of sections, that I create separate sections. Each will contain:
~A provisional heading-maybe organized by each a different "Skin Deep" exhibition wall
~Painting images from that specific wall/section that I will analyze within it
~To get the ball rolling, use I’ve already written...from my Confirmation Reports
~Excerpts from fitting already completed artist interviews...even in a text or dialogue box that can be read independently from book/catalogue text
